Google Workspace Pricing Singapore

Workspace is sold by the user, by the month, by the edition. The receipt on the right is the whole conversation: pick an edition, set the headcount, choose the commitment, and the number is the one Google publishes for Singapore today, before anyone adds a margin or a promo.

Rezolva has run Singapore infrastructure since 2012 and manages Workspace tenants alongside Microsoft 365 and cPanel mail. The Google Workspace pricing Singapore firms get from us is the list rate on the receipt plus a managed layer we quote per user — setup, migration, admin console, security baseline and a Singapore engineer on the hotline.

THE FOUR EDITIONS

Google workspace pricing singapore by edition: Starter, Standard, Plus, Enterprise

Google publishes one Singapore price list and every reseller on this search result works from it. The Google Workspace pricing Singapore table below is that list on 5 September 2026, per user per month on an annual commitment, in Singapore dollars including 9% GST (Google publishes the list excluding tax). Enterprise editions are quoted per tenant by Google and are not on the public list.

Google also quotes a flexible plan with no annual commitment at a higher per-user rate, and an introductory discount on new tenants for the first months. Both are real and both end; the receipt at the top of the page uses the annual list rate because that is the number you will still be paying in month thirteen.

WHAT A RESELLER IS FOR

Google workspace singapore: what changes when a reseller manages it

You can buy Workspace from Google directly at the same list rate. The reason a company buys Google Workspace Singapore tenants through a Google Workspace reseller Singapore firms already trust with their network is not the licence — it is everything around it, billed in Singapore dollars on one invoice, with a person to call.

ADMIN CONSOLE

Somebody actually reads the console

Sign-in alerts, third-party app grants, mail forwarding rules, storage nearing the pool limit. The admin console tells you all of it; the managed layer means a Singapore engineer looks every week and acts.

LIFECYCLE

Joiners, leavers and the licence count

New hires provisioned from a one-line request, leavers suspended the same day with mail and Drive handed over, licences released. The count on the invoice matches the people on the payroll.

HOTLINE

One Singapore number for the tenant

A shared drive that vanished, a calendar that stopped syncing to a phone, a suspicious sign-in from another country. One hotline, in your time zone, answered by someone with admin on the tenant.

The managed layer is quoted per user on top of the receipt and is the same whichever edition the user sits on. It is also why the email hosting Singapore hub sends browser-first teams here rather than to a licence portal.

ANNUAL OR FLEXIBLE

Annual or flexible: the google workspace singapore pricing choice most firms get wrong

The listed rate assumes an annual commitment. Flexible costs more per user but lets you add and drop people month to month. Most Google Workspace Singapore pricing mistakes are made here, in both directions.

Annual commitment. You commit to a number of users for twelve months and pay the listed rate monthly. You can add users at any time; you cannot reduce below the committed number until renewal. The right choice for the core team that will still be there in a year — which in most Singapore SMEs is most of the company.

Flexible. No commitment, users added or removed any month, billed for what was active. The per-user rate is higher. The right choice for interns, contractors, seasonal staff and a company that genuinely does not know its headcount next quarter. A tenant can mix both: commit the core, flex the edges.

The introductory discount. Google’s Singapore page today shows a discount on new tenants for the first three months on each Business edition. It is real, it is Google’s, and it ends; a quote that leads with it is quoting month one. The receipt on this page uses the month-thirteen number.

The trial. Fourteen days on any edition, up to ten users, then it converts to paid. We set trials up with the real domain and a real migration plan, because a trial on a test domain proves nothing about your mail.

THE POOL

Pooled storage: the part of google workspace pricing singapore quotes leave out

Every quote shows the per-user rate. Almost none shows the pool. Workspace storage is pooled across the tenant — 30 GB, 2 TB or 5 TB per user, added together — and the pool is the reason a cheap edition becomes an expensive month. Slide the headcount and the archive; the bars are the Google Workspace pricing Singapore conversation nobody has until Drive stops accepting uploads.

Starter30 GB per user540 GB
Standard2 TB per user36 TB
Plus5 TB per user90 TB

Standard fits — the 1.5 TB archive is 4% of a 36 TB pool. Starter would be full on day one.

Pooled, not per personWorkspace storage is shared across the tenant. One person’s 900 GB of site photos comes out of everybody’s pool, which is why Starter tenants run out and Standard tenants never think about it.

THE OTHER SUITE

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: a google workspace singapore decision table

The second most searched question about Workspace in Singapore is whether it is cheaper than Microsoft 365. It is a little cheaper per user at the entry editions and the wrong question. Rezolva runs both, so the Google Workspace Singapore recommendation you get is the one your team will use, not the one with a margin.

Moving to google workspace singapore over one weekend

Most tenants Rezolva sets up replace something: an old Exchange server, a cPanel mailbox, a Microsoft tenant that never fitted, a free Gmail account someone is still running the company on. Moving to Google Workspace Singapore is a sequence, and nobody loses a message when the sequence is kept.

THE COUPON QUESTION

Does a google workspace promo code singapore resellers offer actually save money?

It is one of the most searched phrases around Workspace here, so it deserves a straight answer. A Google Workspace promo code Singapore partners hand out is one of three things, and only one of them is worth planning a budget around.

TYPE 01

TYPE 02

Not a coupon, but the thing people are usually looking for: every edition free for fourteen days on up to ten users. We run it on your real domain with a real migration plan so the fortnight proves something.

A hand passing a tablet across a desk, the partner-side arrangement that has no code

TYPE 03

Partner pricing on larger tenants

For tenants past a certain size, partners can build a proposal with Google that is not on the public list. There is no code to type in; it is a written quote, and it starts at the headcount where it makes sense.

What does not exist: a permanent percentage off the Singapore list rate that any reseller can hand you for a small tenant. A quote that claims one is either quoting month one or quoting a different edition.

THE NUMBER, LATE

Two lines on the invoice. The first is Google’s, and it is public. The second is ours, quoted per user once the tenant has been sized, and it covers the work a licence portal does not do. The Google Workspace pricing Singapore cards below show the first line by edition.

Indicative pricing — licence figures are Google’s published Singapore rates on 7 September 2026 (Google publishes S$9.40 / 18.80 / 29.40 per user per month excluding tax; shown here with 9% GST added, annual commitment) and move when Google moves them; Enterprise is quoted per tenant; Rezolva’s managed layer per user is quoted once the tenant has been sized.

FAQ

Google workspace singapore pricing — eight straight answers

Google’s Singapore list on 7 September 2026 is S$9.40 per user per month for Business Starter, S$18.80 for Business Standard and S$29.40 for Business Plus excluding tax — S$10.25, S$20.49 and S$32.05 with 9% GST, which is what this page shows, on an annual commitment. Flexible month-to-month billing costs more per user; Enterprise editions are quoted per tenant. Rezolva charges the list rate for the licence and quotes its managed layer per user as a separate line.

At the entry edition, marginally: Starter is S$10.25 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic is about S$9.67, both including 9% GST (Google lists S$9.40 ex tax; Microsoft lists US$7.00 ex GST), so it depends on the exchange rate that month. The real difference is the shape: Workspace pools storage and lives in a browser; Microsoft 365 gives 50 GB Exchange mailboxes and desktop Office. A company that lives in Excel will pay for both suites if it picks Workspace to save a dollar. The fit check above is our own rule.

Storage, meetings and compliance. Starter pools 30 GB per user and runs Meet for 100; Standard pools 2 TB per user, records Meet for 150 and adds booking pages; Plus pools 5 TB per user, runs Meet for 500 and adds Vault retention, eDiscovery and enhanced security. Gmail, Docs, Drive, shared drives and Gemini are in all three. Each business edition caps at 300 users.

Google itself runs an introductory discount on new Business tenants for the first three months, visible on its Singapore pricing page, and it is applied automatically when we set the tenant up. There is no permanent coupon off the list rate for a small tenant. Larger tenants can get a partner proposal built with Google, which is a written quote rather than a code.

Yes. Commit the core staff on the annual plan at the listed rate and keep interns, contractors and seasonal hires on flexible, which costs more per user but can be dropped any month. The monthly ledger review moves people between the two as the headcount settles.

The licence is Google’s at Google’s rate. What Rezolva adds is the tenant build, the DNS and deliverability records, migration of mail and Drive with the old system live, 2-step verification and access policies, the weekly read of the admin console, joiner and leaver handling, and a Singapore hotline with admin on the tenant. That is the second line on the invoice, and it is the reason google workspace singapore pricing from a managed reseller is not the same product as a licence portal.

A tenant of up to fifty users moves over one weekend: build and DNS midweek, history copied from Friday evening while the old system keeps receiving, MX switched Saturday morning, old mailboxes held 72 hours for a delta copy, devices tested Monday. Item counts are compared per user before the old system is switched off. Nobody loses a message when the sequence is kept.

Direct is fine if someone in the company will own the admin console, read its alerts and handle every joiner and leaver. If that person is the director or the office manager, a Google Workspace reseller Singapore companies already trust with their network is the cheaper option in the second year, because the licence costs the same and the time does not.
