We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted under the PDPA, and we will respond within the timeframes prescribed by law.

We will not send marketing messages or make marketing calls to your Singapore telephone number if it is registered with the national Do Not Call Registry, unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so. Service-related messages, such as support updates, appointment confirmations and invoices, are not marketing messages and may still be sent.
