Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to keep the site running smoothly, remember your preferences, and help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Forms submitted on our website may also be screened by anti-spam and security services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the website may not function properly if you do.
Third-party links and embedded content
Pages on this website may include links to third-party websites or embedded content such as videos, maps and social media. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited that website directly, and those websites may collect data about you and use their own cookies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
How long we retain your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required for business or legal purposes such as accounting and tax records. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it in a secure manner.
How we protect your personal data
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include HTTPS encryption on our website, firewall and security protection, and access controls that limit personal data to authorised staff. As an IT and security services provider, we apply the same security discipline to our own systems that we recommend to our clients. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Transfer of data outside Singapore
Some of our service providers, such as cloud hosting and email platforms, may store or process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
Accuracy, access and correction
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we collect is accurate and complete. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data held by us by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted under the PDPA, and we will respond within the timeframes prescribed by law.
Do Not Call (DNC) provisions
We will not send marketing messages or make marketing calls to your Singapore telephone number if it is registered with the national Do Not Call Registry, unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so. Service-related messages, such as support updates, appointment confirmations and invoices, are not marketing messages and may still be sent.
