Acronis Singapore

Acronis Singapore deployments we run start as a one-page protection plan, not a licence key. Rezolva delivers backup on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and manages the console for you: one agent per device for backup, anti-malware and patching, a copy every four hours, thirty versions kept, and a restore rehearsed every week.

The plan sits inside the same family as our offsite backup vault, and the mailbox clause is the same one that runs our Microsoft 365 backup page.

Acronis Singapore — the protection plan, clause by clause

Acronis Singapore offices buy from a reseller get a licence; from us they get a signed plan. Eight clauses cover scope, schedule, retention, protection, recovery, servers, management and edition; each is a section of this page.

Clause one is written at this table: every device and mailbox named, because Acronis backup covers what is listed and nothing else.

01
Scope“Every workstation, server, NAS share and mailbox in the office is named in the plan.”

The device not on the list is the one that calls at 07:10; scope is written per device, not per licence count.

02
Schedule“Every device backs up every 4 hours; servers hourly where the change rate needs it.”

Four hours is the most work an office will accept losing; the agent runs incremental, so each copy takes minutes.

03
Retention“30 versions kept, 90 days of dailies, monthlies for 12 months.”

Ransomware is often found weeks after it arrived; the version from before it must still exist.

04
Protection“Active Protection watches every device for mass encryption and rolls back what it stops.”

The backup agent is also the last anti-ransomware layer; the rollback comes from the local cache in minutes.

05
Recovery“Four restores are rehearsed: a file, a mailbox item, a whole server, a VM in cloud DR.”

A backup never restored is a hope; the plan names the four we test and how long each typically takes.

06
Servers“Physical servers imaged for bare-metal restore; VMs backed up agentless; SQL application-aware.”

The accounting and file servers come back as machines, not folders, onto whatever hardware is there that day.

07
Management“Rezolva reviews the console daily, runs the patch window, tests a restore and reports weekly.”

Managed means someone reads the alerts; the weekly report is what proves the plan is alive.

08
Edition“Delivered on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud; Acronis Cyber Backup 15 on-prem where the office requires it.”

The cloud edition for offices without a server room; Acronis Cyber Backup 15 keeps the console inside the building.

Clause 01 · Scope · Eight workloads

Acronis Backup — what one plan covers

Acronis backup is licensed per workload, and a workload is one thing that can be lost: a PC, a server, a VM, a mailbox tenant. Acronis Singapore plans we write name eight; tick the ones in yours and the sentence under the table says what is left exposed.

Row three: the physical box in the cabinet. Backup with Acronis on a server is an image, not a folder copy, so it comes back as a machine.

Clause 02 · Schedule · Every 4 h

Backup with Acronis — schedule, retention and where the copies live

Backup with Acronis on our plan means three copies, not one: a local cache for fast restores, the Acronis cloud for the offsite copy, and an immutable copy nobody can delete. The schedule is every four hours, and the retention is written in clause three.

Copy 01

The first landing point. A file or a whole PC comes back from here in minutes, and Active Protection rolls back from it.

The offsite copy every 4-hour run lands in, encrypted before it leaves the building.

Copy 03
Immutable copyLocked for the retention period

A version nobody can delete or encrypt inside the retention window, the plan’s answer to a ransomware operator who found the console.

The console is where every 4-hour run reports; backup with Acronis that nobody looks at is why we read it daily for you.

Clause 03 · Retention on the plan
  • 30 versions of every file and image, so a change made three weeks ago is still a restore away.
  • 90 days of dailies for every device, and a monthly copy kept for 12 months for the accounts and HR servers.
  • Versions are counted per device, which is how Acronis backup cloud pricing works too: per workload, per stored gigabyte, one line each on the quote.

Copy two is reachable from anywhere the office manager is; backup with Acronis is restored from the cloud copy when the building is the problem.

Acronis Cyber Backup — ransomware protection inside the backup agent

Acronis Cyber Backup is the only backup product on our shelf where the agent that makes the copy also watches for the thing that ruins it. The panel is what the plan does at 07:10 on a bad Tuesday.

Clause 05 · Recovery · Four rehearsals

Acronis Backup and Recovery — the four restores we rehearse

Acronis backup and recovery is one product, but only the second half proves the first. The plan names four restores; one is rehearsed every Wednesday on a real device and written into the report Acronis Singapore offices receive on Thursday.

Restore 01Rehearsed

The everyday restore: a version from this morning or three weeks ago, chosen from the console and put back where it was.

Clause 05 of 08 · Recovery“Four restores are rehearsed: a file, a mailbox item, a whole server, a VM in cloud DR.”
Clause 06 · Servers · Physical, virtual, SQL

Acronis Backup Server — physical, virtual and the accounting box

An Acronis backup server clause covers three kinds of machine. Physical servers get an agent and a full image, hourly incremental, restorable bare-metal to dissimilar hardware; VMware and Hyper-V guests are backed up agentless through the host, so a VM comes back as a VM or as a file inside it; and the accounting box, usually SQL, gets application-aware backup that keeps the database and its logs consistent.

Acronis Singapore plans we run also name where the Acronis backup server image can run if the hardware is gone: onto a replacement box, into a Singapore cloud server we manage, or as a cloud DR failover in the Acronis cloud when the plan includes that module.

  • Physical: agent, full image, bare-metal restore to new hardware with drivers injected
  • Virtual: agentless VM backup via vCenter or the Hyper-V host, whole VM or single file
  • Accounting: application-aware SQL, point-in-time restore of database and logs

Clause six is read against the policy on the tablet before every server is added; an Acronis backup server plan is only as good as its device list.

Clause 06 of 08 · Servers“Physical servers imaged for bare-metal restore; VMs backed up agentless; SQL application-aware.”
Clause 07 · Management · Weekly

Acronis Backup as a Service — what managed means each week

Acronis backup as a service is a licence plus a person. The licence runs the jobs; the person reads the console, runs the patch window, rehearses a restore and writes the report. This is the week, every week.

Mon

Console review

Every job from the weekend read; failed or missed runs re-queued before 10:00.

Tue

Patch window

OS and application updates pushed by the same agent, after a backup, outside office hours.

Wed

Restore test

One of the four restores rehearsed on a real device, timed, and noted.

Thu

Report

A one-page report to the office manager: coverage, failures, the restore, what changed.

Fri

Capacity check

Storage growth and version counts reviewed, because Acronis backup cloud pricing follows stored gigabytes; the quote is adjusted before the bill surprises anyone.

A failed job becomes a ticket, and the ticket is closed when the re-run succeeds; Acronis backup as a service without that loop is unmanaged.

Schedule A · FeesAttached to protection plan · SME-STANDARDDraft · monthly

Schedule A is the money page of the plan: four lines, each one attached to a clause above, and Acronis backup cloud pricing that follows the device list you signed instead of a console meter you cannot see.

A.1
Workstation — Windows PC or Mac“Backup, Active Protection and patch management on one agent, with 50 GB of cloud storage per device.”

Every laptop and desktop on the plan is one line at one rate, whether it sits in the office or in a bag on the MRT, and Acronis backup cloud pricing on a workstation follows the device rather than the gigabytes it happens to hold that month.

S$14per device / month
A.2
Server or virtual machine“Image-level, application-aware backup of the server or the VM, with 500 GB of cloud storage.”

A physical server, a Hyper-V guest and a VMware guest are one server line each; the accounting box is billed exactly like the file server, and the bare-metal restore to dissimilar hardware is already inside the line.

S$155per server / month
A.3
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace seat“One mailbox and its drive, copied nightly on the same console as the devices.”

The mailbox clause is billed per user and never per gigabyte, and the identical seat rate appears on our Microsoft 365 backup and Google Workspace backup pages, because it is one seat sold through three doors.

S$7per user / month
A.4
Managed console — the line that is not a licence“Rezolva reads the console daily, runs the patch window, rehearses one restore and reports weekly.”

Clause seven has a price of its own because it is the work, not the software: alert triage every day, the Tuesday patch window, the Wednesday restore test and the Thursday report. Acronis backup as a service without this line is a licence you administer yourself.

S$180per tenant / month

Read this schedule beside the hub and the units will not fight: the S$195 Office plan on our offsite backup hub is one whole-office plan with its storage, its server and twenty-five mailboxes inside it, while the S$155 above is a single server line on an Acronis plan. Different units, not different answers — the scoping call decides which of the two your office is actually buying.

Acronis Backup Software — Cyber Backup 15 on-prem vs Cyber Protect Cloud

Acronis backup software comes in two editions and the plan names one. Acronis Cyber Backup 15 keeps the console inside your building; Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud puts it in the Acronis cloud with anti-malware and patching in the same agent. Veeam is the other name on most shortlists; we deliver on Acronis because one agent covers all three jobs.

Frequently asked questions

Acronis backup cloud pricing is per workload and per stored gigabyte: each PC, server, VM or mailbox tenant is one line, and the cloud storage the versions occupy is another. We quote it fixed per month from the signed plan, so Acronis backup cloud pricing on your invoice is the device list you signed, not a surprise from the console.

No. Acronis backup software comes in two editions. Acronis Cyber Backup 15 is the on-premises one: the console runs on your own server and it does backup only. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is the hosted edition we deliver by default, with anti-malware, patching and cloud DR in the same agent; clause eight names one.

Yes, cloud-to-cloud with no agent: mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams for Microsoft 365, Gmail and Drive for Google Workspace, with one-item restore. Acronis backup of the tenant is the mailbox clause of the plan and has its own page.

Three places: a local cache on the office NAS or a server disk, the Acronis cloud storage region named in the plan, and an immutable copy inside that cloud that cannot be deleted during the retention window. Backup with Acronis on our plan is encrypted before it leaves the building.

Every four hours for workstations, hourly incremental for servers where the change rate needs it, and on a daily schedule for the cloud tenants. Acronis Singapore offices that need a tighter window get it written into clause two rather than assumed.

Active Protection inside the agent stops mass-encryption behaviour on the device and rolls the touched files back from the local cache; it is one layer, not the whole defence. Acronis Cyber Backup with that module on is why the 07:10 log above ends with a rollback, not a rebuild.

Yes. A full image restored bare-metal to dissimilar hardware, drivers injected during the restore, is restore three of the four we rehearse. Acronis backup and recovery of a whole server is typically a same-day job once the replacement box is on the bench.

The NAS is copy one and a fine local cache; it is not the agent, the versioning, the anti-malware or the cloud copy. Acronis backup software on the servers and workstations writes to the NAS first and to the cloud second, so the two are one plan, not a choice.
