Email Hosting Singapore

Every message your company sends gets a reply you never see. 250 OK means it landed. Anything else means your quote, your invoice or your tender reply is sitting in a junk folder while you wait for an answer that is not coming.

Rezolva has run Singapore infrastructure since 2012. The email hosting Singapore companies get from us is built around that one reply: mailboxes on your own domain, on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a cPanel server, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set before the first message leaves, and a Singapore engineer on the line when one does not arrive.

THE RECEIPT

Three stamps every email hosting singapore message carries

Every provider on this search result sells mailboxes. Very few of them will tell you why the first invoice a new domain sends so often lands in junk. The reason is three DNS records, and the lab above is literally what a receiving server does with them. This is the part of email hosting Singapore companies pay for without knowing it, and the part we set up before a single mailbox is created.

A Singapore engineer publishing the SPF record from the DNS console

01 · SPF

SPF: who is allowed to send as you

A one-line record on your domain that lists the servers permitted to send mail with your name on it. Without it, anybody can. With a sloppy one — the ten-lookup limit is real — your own newsletter tool fails the check and your genuine mail is the one that gets refused.

An engineer at two monitors checking the DKIM signature on an outgoing message

02 · DKIM

DKIM: the signature that survives forwarding

Each outgoing message is signed with a private key held by your mail platform; the public half sits in DNS. Gmail and Outlook check the signature on arrival. It is the difference between a letter with a seal and a letter with a name typed at the bottom.

A Singapore manager reading the DMARC report on a laptop by the office window

03 · DMARC

DMARC: what receivers do with the fakes

The policy record: quarantine or reject anything that fails the first two, and send us the report. Since February 2024 Google and Yahoo require it from anyone sending 5,000 messages a day; in practice a missing policy already costs you inbox placement at far lower volumes.

All three are published on the zone before go-live, tested from an outside mailbox, and re-checked every time a new sending tool — a CRM, an accounting system, a booking platform — is added to the domain. That last part is where most self-managed setups quietly break.

IN THE BOX

What business email hosting singapore includes before the first mailbox

Value first, then platform, then price. Whatever platform the mailboxes sit on, the business email hosting Singapore firms get from Rezolva carries the same baseline. It is the list we hand a new client on day one, so there is nothing to discover in month three.

THE DECISION

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or cPanel: singapore email hosting by platform

This is the one decision that matters more than the price, and it is the one most providers avoid because they only sell one of the three. Rezolva runs all of them, so the Singapore email hosting we recommend is the one your team will still be using in five years, not the one with the best margin this quarter. Answer three questions; the panel tallies them.

Q1 · Where does the team already live?

Q2 · What runs alongside the mail?

Q3 · How many mailboxes, honestly?

How the panel reads it

  • Q1 decides it. Where the team already works is the answer two out of three times; the other questions confirm or overturn it.
  • Q2 is the tie-breaker. Teams and SharePoint pull to Microsoft; Meet and shared Drive pull to Google; a website on the same account pulls to cPanel.
  • Q3 sets the shape, not the platform. Under five mailboxes rarely justifies a suite; past 300 the tenant moves to enterprise licensing.
  • A tie is a real answer. Two platforms level means either works — then pick the one your accountant already pays for.

Two of the three are subscriptions billed per user per month; cPanel is billed per server or per mailbox. The honest rule: if the answer to Q1 is Outlook, the platform is decided and the rest is sizing. If the answer is “just email”, do not pay for a suite you will not open.

Migration weekend: moving email hosting in singapore without a lost message

Most companies come to us from a provider, not from nothing: a reseller that stopped answering, a web host whose mail server landed on a blocklist, a suite bought for the wrong reasons. Moving email hosting in Singapore is a sequence, and the sequence is why nobody notices.

  1. Engineer auditing the current mailboxes on a laptop at a white deskDay 1 · SurveyFrom: Rezolva

    Inventory every address

Mailboxes, aliases, groups, the forwarder to the boss’s phone, the printer that scans-to-email. The list is what the cutover is checked against.

  2. Hands on a laptop lowering the MX record TTL before the cutover weekend: the new zone entries ready before the switchDay 2 · StageFrom: Rezolva

Build the new tenant in parallel

New platform provisioned, SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, TTL on the MX record lowered to five minutes so the change propagates in one coffee break, not a day.

  3. An empty Singapore office on the weekend of the email cutoverFri 18:00 · CopyFrom: Rezolva

    Migrate the history

Years of mail, folders, contacts and calendars copied by IMAP or native migration while the old mailboxes keep receiving. Item counts compared per mailbox, not eyeballed.

  4. An engineer at his desk switching the MX record on Saturday morningSat 10:00 · SwitchFrom: Rezolva

    Move the MX record

Mail starts arriving on the new platform. The old mailboxes are kept alive for 72 hours and a final delta copy catches anything delivered in the overlap.

  5. Hands typing on a laptop as the first Monday messages arrive on the new platformMon 08:30 · OpenTo: whole company

Devices open on the new mail

Phones and laptops reconfigured Friday, tested Monday. An engineer is on site or on the line for the first morning, because the first morning is when the odd address turns up.

THE NUMBER, LATE

Email hosting services singapore firms pay for by the mailbox

Three platforms, three ways of counting. Two are per user per month at the vendor’s published rate plus our managed layer; one is a fixed server. The email hosting services Singapore quote you get back is one number per mailbox against a named platform, and it includes the baseline table above — the stamps, the devices, the hotline. Nothing on the invoice you did not read here.

THE PART NOBODY SELLS

Security that singapore email hosting services rarely mention

Email is the front door of every Singapore breach we have been called to clean up: a supplier’s invoice with a changed bank account, a director’s mailbox forwarding silently to an outside address, a password reused from a leaked site. The Singapore email hosting services worth paying for treat these as part of hosting, not an upsell.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Email hosting for small business singapore: who this is built for

The buyer is rarely the person who will use the mailboxes. It is the director, the office manager or the one technical partner who gets the call when mail stops. Email hosting for small business Singapore firms is usually the first thing Rezolva runs for a client, and the reason the rest of the stack follows.

THE REST OF THE STACK

The stack around your email hosting singapore mailboxes

Email is one of eight things Rezolva runs, and the one most clients start with. The three platform pages below go deeper than this hub; the two beside them are where the mailboxes meet the website and the backup.

FAQ

An email hosting singapore review in nine questions

Mailboxes on your own domain that work on every device, the DNS records that make them deliverable (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), spam and malware filtering, encryption in transit, migration of your existing mail, and a person to call when a message does not arrive. On this page that baseline is the same whether the mailboxes sit on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a cPanel server; what changes is what comes with the mailbox — Office and Teams, or Drive and Meet, or nothing but mail.

The one your team will actually use. If they live in Outlook and Excel, Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Standard; if they live in Gmail and Docs, Google Workspace Business Starter or Standard; if they need mailboxes and nothing else, a cPanel server costs less and does the job. Any best email hosting in Singapore ranking that names one platform for everybody is selling that platform. The three-question panel above is our own selection rule, and we run all three, so it has no reason to lie.

Suites are priced per user per month at the vendor’s published Singapore rate — Microsoft 365 Business Basic is about S$9.67 and Google Workspace Business Starter S$10.25 per user per month including 9% GST on an annual commitment as of September 2026 (Microsoft lists US$7.00 and Google S$9.40, both excluding tax) — plus a managed layer we quote per user. cPanel email is billed per mailbox on a Singapore server. Send the number of mailboxes and the reply is a single per-mailbox figure against a named platform.

Almost always one of the three records. SPF missing or over the ten-lookup limit, DKIM never enabled on the platform, or no DMARC policy, which since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo penalise outright. The second cause is a sending tool — a CRM, an invoicing system — added to the domain without being added to SPF. The lab at the top of this page is the check; we run it on your live domain before we quote and it usually explains the last six months.

Yes. The new platform is built alongside the old one, history is copied while the old mailboxes keep receiving, and the MX record moves on a Saturday morning with the old mailboxes held for 72 hours to catch stragglers. Item counts are compared per mailbox before we call it done. Most firms notice on Monday that Outlook asked for a password once.

Both, and we say which on the quote. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailboxes live in Microsoft’s and Google’s data centres, with Rezolva as the tenant administrator; cPanel mailboxes sit on a managed server in Singapore. What is ours in every case is the DNS, the configuration, the migration, the security baseline and the hotline — the parts that decide whether the mail arrives.

Most email hosting providers Singapore comparisons rank mailbox price per month and mailbox size. Both matter less than deliverability and what happens when someone leaves. Ask any provider on the list two questions: is DMARC published with a reject policy on your own domain, and who reclaims a licence when a staff member resigns. The answers sort the list faster than the price column.

The nearest thing to an honest email hosting Singapore review is the delivery log of your own domain, which is why we start with it rather than a testimonial. Rezolva has run infrastructure for Singapore organisations since 2012 with 99% client retention, and the email line is where most of those relationships began. We are happy to put you in touch with a client on the same platform you are considering.

Same day: password reset, sessions and devices signed out, forwarding rules checked, mail forwarded or converted to a shared mailbox for the manager, and the licence reclaimed so you stop paying for it. After the retention period you set, the mailbox is archived or deleted with a record of when. It is the most common source of both wasted licences and quiet data leaks, so it is a written process, not a favour.
